The Jill Franklin Trust collects contact information from people applying to the Trust.
This information is held in Google and Excel spreadsheets and shared with Trustees of the trust to help inform decision making.
Applicants who are not awarded funds are deleted from the system after a decision has been made.
For applicants who are awarded information the contact information is retained for at least 7 years.
The information will not be passed to any other body or person except:
- With the permission of the person we may pass the information to another suitable funding body,
- As required by law
